Current status:
We've made configuration changes to remediate impact and after monitoring the service, we've confirmed the issue is now resolved.
Scope of impact:
Impact is specific to a subset of users who are accessing the service from the European region.
Root Cause:
An artificial increase in synthetic network traffic resulted in DNS issues.
